Custom Beams Installation
The client wanted beams for an open-concept ceiling.
We built hollow box beams on-site, joined the seams tight, and stained them to match the room.
Beams were aligned with the ceiling fan and recessed lights, then secured to cleats.
Phase 1
Fabrication
Boards measured, cut, and joined into hollow boxes. Seams hidden, grain aligned.
Phase 2
Staining & Finish
Beams stained and sealed before install.
Phase 3
Installation
Beams mounted to cleats anchored into the ceiling.
Phase 4
Final Detailing
Fastener holes filled and touched up.
